The moment I called to ask about missing promo cards, they blocked my phone number and refused to speak directly, responding only by email from that point on. That alone is a massive red flag. I ordered two Moltres UPCs. Unopened products should be identical. They were not: • One UPC had the promo cards • The other did not • The UPC missing the promos had ripped internal packaging, strongly indicating it had been tampered with This isn’t an isolated incident. Other buyers below report damaged packaging when ordering two Moltres UPCs, which matches my experience exactly. That pattern is extremely troubling. Blocking customers, avoiding real conversation, and sending damaged product is not how an honest business operates. If you’re a collector who cares about security, authenticity, or not being ripped off, do not buy from this shop.”
