I went back to the store after I bought a slightly cracked copy of mw3 (2011) and asked if they had a nicer case, they did and upgraded free of charge. Joe & Joe are both very reasonable stand up dudes and are worthy of your business. Check them out! Joe gave me a great deal on a Guitar Hero 2 Bundle and even cleaned it up spotless before sending it home with me! I picked up a bundle of games from him as well and I prefer CIB and Joe & Joe both went out of their way to help me find manuals and even replaced the whole case on one of the games to give me a cleaner copy! Joe polishes every disc before sending it home with you and will show you the before and after, and can even turn your discs from scratched to brand new for only $5 a disc! “Disappointing experience with misleading pricing. We stopped by after seeing the positive reviews on Google. Upon entering, the clerk told us if we found something we liked, they would "give us a deal." Unfortunately, the "deal" turned out to be the opposite: Inconsistent Pricing: We picked out two games—one marked $10 and one unpriced. The clerk offered them both for $30 ($15 each), effectively increasing the price of the marked game by 50%. Zero Value: There was no actual discount offered on the third game we were interested in ($35), despite the initial promise of a deal for finding them through Google. Quality Issues: We ended up purchasing the $35 game, only to realize later it had significant water damage on the back of the case. To make matters worse, the same game is listed online from a different seller for $20 in better condition. Between the "fuzzy math" at the counter and the overpriced, damaged inventory, there wasn't a deal to be found here. If you visit, double-check market prices and inspect the labels carefully before checking out.”
