“Edit: gave the shop another chance and came for another tourney. Had a totally different experience. Successfully entered the tournament and had a chill time👌 Spoke with the owner and he was apologetic for the first time. Will be back for other tourneys Signed up successfully for a OPTCG tournament and drove 2 hours to compete in the pre release event. I walked in 13 minutes before the tournament was supposed to start and the shop owner said he already filled my spot from the waitlist, even though the tournament didn't start for over 10 min. I enjoy competing at different card shops but I don't recommend coming here unless you want to risk your guaranteed spot being given away. Despite pleading with the owner that we had driven 2 hrs and were successfully entered, we got a shoulder shrug and "there's nothing I can do."”

“Replying to the owner’ response: We walked in while you were filling last spots, and watched you signed up 5 people while we were trying to get your attention to sign in. We watched you call your friends up to sign them in as you ignored us until you finished with your friends, and then you decided to ask us if you can help us. You can’t expect people to follow you on IG if they’re coming from out of town. There’s a note section on the Bandai app to put notes such as when cutoff will be, which you didn’t utilize like other stores. TAKE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE SITUATION YOU HAVE CAUSED ! Post: Signed up for OP TCG prelease a week early and was successful for today at 6pm Drove 2 hrs and Came in to shop at 5:47 and the shop owner say he gave our spot away to the waitlist people at 5:45 .... Will never sign up for tournaments here again since they want to favor their friends and don't honor the Bandai successful sign ups. Update 3/12/2026: Came back and had conversation with the owner. He was sweet about the situation and leaned from it. He now updates the app to notify his players of timing. I’m all for second chances and he gave a much better experience. Thank you for that!”

“I dont know if this is usually the case as it was our first time there but I was so warm in there. No A/C, they had the front door open. Nonetheless, the guy(owner?) was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Huge selection of individual cards.”
