“This is an incredible hobby card shop — spacious, welcoming, and stocked with an amazing variety of products for collectors of all interests and levels. But what really sets this place apart is their outstanding customer service. I recently brought my 7-year-old stepson here as part of teaching him about the value of money and thoughtful purchasing. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and let us know they’d be with us shortly, even though they were clearly preparing for a tournament or event. Once I explained what we were doing with my stepson, they shared similar experiences of their own and immediately supported what we were trying to teach him. They offered to show him their singles binder behind the counter and, knowing he didn’t have a large budget, brought out the under-$10 binder. That simple gesture helped set realistic expectations and made the experience positive instead of discouraging. They even provided a small step stool so he could comfortably see the cards over the counter — a small act that spoke volumes about their commitment to accessibility and making young hobbyists feel included and valued. When it came time to check out, a second staff member was incredibly patient as my stepson proudly counted out his coins to pay for his cards. That patience meant the world to us — it turned a simple purchase into a meaningful learning moment. Overall, our experience was fantastic from start to finish. “There are several shops within about 20 minutes of me, and I have visited all of them at different times. I have gradually settled into making this my home base for TCG purchases. They have a solid selection, and I have had lots of positive customer experiences with various team members. One interaction that stands out is when I came in to pick up some Lorcana and Pokemon pre-cons. My son is starting to get interested in some of my hobbies, and I figured these would be good starter TCG options. I explained the situation, and the woman spent quite a bit of time talking through which product made sense. It was a simple interaction, but I really appreciated the extra care that was shown. Also, I take notice that they have run a lot of cool community events. Things like win-a-box tourneys and learn 2 play events show that they care about fostering a good community.
