“I’ve had such a great experience every time I come into this shop. The staff always greets me, takes their time answering my questions, and has been super helpful as I’m still learning more about collecting Pokémon cards. I also really appreciate how welcoming they are to my 2 year old son, who loves coming here and even recognizes a few of the staff now. Between the friendly people, huge space, and great selection of Pokémon singles and products, it’s easily one of our favorite places to stop by. Shoutout to John, LJ, Patty and Janely and bunch of the other folks who always welcome my family and me whenever we visit!”

“Horrible experience for a new collector. Paid nearly $50 for a $15 card. Told the guy I was new to collecting; I told him I didn’t really know what I was doing but I collected pokemon when I was younger and love the art on the new One Piece cards. I made the purchase and then showed my buddy. My buddy showed me a website I could check the going prices. And to my surprise I paid 2-3x what the card was actually worth. Even more so the card was never worth anything close to that price. I spoke to the employee about it, but he didn’t want to take the time to hear me out or make any attempt to find some mutual resolution. Needless to say; I will not be returning and have to search for a new card shop to make my home.”

“I visited this location a few months ago to sell some trading cards. The experience was disappointing. The person responsible for purchasing cards made an offer of $10 without taking the time to properly review or assess their value. I was already familiar with the market value of my cards, which was over $100, so the offer felt unfair and dismissive. I chose to take my cards back and leave, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable.. Based on this experience, I would not recommend coming here to sell cards. L”
