“I go here very frequently for their selection of Vocaloid!! Staff is always very kind and helpful, yesterday when I had trouble with an online order I placed, one of the workers was very helpful and called the main store for me to get it resolved and I had my order refunded the same evening (and i was able to just buy the item in person anyway). While prices kind of vary right now, assuming due to imports, I am still able to find some pretty good deals on certain items.”

“I'm not gonna act like I don't go here all the time, this place is wonderful. I go from boulder a couple times a month and the inventory is fire. Just as someone who goes often, it would be cool to have a rewards or loyalty program. This would make me and I'm sure others more inclined to spend even more. I'm super into collecting figures, and I know the prices when importing can get wonky so I kinda understand. Other than that, you wont find a better place.”

“I really like this store and want to support local shops like it, Lord knows we can always benefit from anime stores that are locally run, but the inconsistent hours make it tough to want to shop here. They regularly close about 30 minutes before their posted hours, which means I often rush over after work only to find the gate already down. I get that the mall slows down in the evenings, but it's Holiday season and i have a lot of nerdy friends to shop for, I think it's fair to ask that if a business posts 8:00 PM as their closing time on a week night, please stay open until 8:00. I’d rather buy from a local store than go online, but the the early closures leave me no choice.”
