“The one good thing I will say is I like the owner he’s not the issue and is always very kind and helpful. Every other time he’s not there the customer service is horrible. It doesn’t really matter who but it’s the same few people and I know they know who they are because in the reviews it clearly shows that and also word-of-mouth at other game stores i’ve heard a few mention how poorly we’ve been treated here. We only come here as a last resort for when we really need a card because of how you’re treated every single time. this last time we just are done. There’s not even a point anymore and I’d rather pay shipping online and buy the cards that have to deal with the attitude and treatment we receive here. I get searching for cards and things like that is annoying sure but you chose this job for a reason.. you knew what you were signing up for and I’m sure that’s not the only thing you do so don’t act like you’re going to just explode when people ask you to look for five cards…. anyway, To the owner, I get these people I’ve worked with you for years, but honestly, it would be refreshing to see new workers that actually enjoy their job and actually enjoy doing what they do and not give you a death glare or a silent treatment when you’re just asking for help.”
