I mainly shop for TCG's and it's refreshing to get to enjoy the hobby without paying unnecessarily inflated prices; unlike like other local stores. Just wish they were open later in the evening. It can be hard to make it by when I'm getting off work.”

“I have shopped in store and had things shipped from them on items purchased through whatnot and would recommend them to anyone. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable and give you the same service if it’s your first time out a usual. The items I’ve had shipped came fully protected in penny sleeves, top loaders, protected by an extra card guard and shipped in a bubble envelope to ensure your items arrive in the same condition they shipped them. They truly care about the hobby and it shows.”

“Impact is a solid local card shop and I've shopped here regularly for over a year. They've been upgrading the store, bringing in more inventory, the staff is friendly, and you can tell they're trying to improve things. Unfortunately though, I'm at a point where I'm just going to shop somewhere else and the reason is simple: you can't count on them actually being open during their posted business hours. Twice now I've gotten off work, driven 10+ minutes out of my way to stop in, and found the store closed early. This time there was at least a sign on the door, so that's an improvement, but it's still frustrating to waste the trip/time. It’s 2026 y’all, if you aren’t open till you say you will be then at least mention it on your social media or something. I try to support local businesses whenever I can, especially a westside shop like this, but reliability matters. I like this store, but after the second time this has happened I'm done having my time wasted. Hopefully they can get the hours figured out because it's an easy problem to fix. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.”
