“Normally I love this place but I had a weird encounter. Found a miniature I was searching for, for awhile. It had a sticker on the box listing it for $45. The price was listed on multiple boxes of this product. But when I got to the counter it rang up as 60$. I was confused and showed the clerk the sticker. He seemed confused by it and went to check the other boxes only to see it was on every one. He then went on to explain to me that it's normally higher online and should be 60$. I didn't want to argue and just paid the higher price but he then said “you can check the price of any item online with your phone.” but I don't work for the store I shouldn't have to check the price of every item you sell especially if you have a sticker listing the items price on the product. I get mistakes happen but they should of just took the Loss sold it for the price they listed and then fix it after. Not make me feel like I did something wrong. TLDR becareful because the prices listed on items might not be the actual price.”

“I don't know if I came on a bad day or if the owner was just having a bad day. But I did not have a great experience at all here. When I arrived at the store around it's opening time, no one was in the store. Two people were waiting outside. They told me it was great. I waited for about 20 to 30 minutes before deciding I would go do some other chores and then come back. Thankfully when I came back (around 12 pm) the store was open. I was there trying to see if I could donate or sell my old magic the gathering cards. First guy I talked to said I had to talk to the owner who did come out right as he said that. I asked the owner about the cards and he said my cards were in poor condition (which is not surprising given I've had them for 10 years at this point) and refused to even discuss it. I went to another location in the springs that served me better. I would recommend avoiding this place all together if this is the attitude on customer service.”
