“This place is a gamer geeks dream! Lots of cool retro consols and games. Tons of awesome merchandise from all kinds of genres. And a huge selection of CCG and D&D stuff. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. They helped me as Ai perused their large selection. But they weren't at all pushy. Great experience overall. And as a bonus, they have a s mm all museum area where they have some really cool stuff on display! The upstairs gaming area was closed for renovations. But I bet it will be awesome once it reopens. And they haveca cafe and shop that can fix stuff. I'll definitely be coming back. I do indeed recommend.”

“Fantastic store~ Probably the best of the level 7's but they are all great in my opinion. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Often they will engage in conversation with you on whatever gaming related topic you bring up. Glad to know that they are not only knowledgeable but enjoy their jobs as well. Stock of the store is mainly what the community brings but with that being said there is always an amazing selection of games for every console and good pokemon and magic singles as well. They also carry yugioh singles which is becoming more rare and appreciated. Aside from trade in stock they have tons of plushies, good selection of tcg supplies, and fun accessories/art pieces. This store also offers a cafe inside (which I haven't tried but its very convenient for tcg nights). On top of that there is a partner/affiliate or something or other company that handles gaming repair and modding allowing you to buy pre modded 3ds', GameCubes, etc or bring in your own for service. The store offers a free 5% back rewards program that applies to all the level 7's just for giving your phone # which is a nice and easy rewards system to have. Overall a great store with virtually no complaints”

“Had a fantastic experience here, all thanks to Chris! I came in searching for some very specific cards, and he went completely above and beyond his call of duty to help me out. He took the time to personally sort through stacks of cards just to find exactly what I was looking for. You don't find that level of customer service just anywhere. “Very fun! Very clean! Lots of games, cards, collectibles, rare items, coffee bar, drink fridge, snacks. The staff were all super polite and respectable. The store was packed! Tons of people everywhere! Everyone was well mannered and having a great time. Lots of fun and cute conversations of young families and couples as we explored the store. The music was perfect! They had classic Sega Sonic music playing softly in all different corners of the store. It was never too loud, but never quiet. The store was massive for what we had expected. We walked out with several games all for around $5-$10 each. Each game was in great condition with the case, manuals, and no stickers other than the tiny (easy to peel) price tag,”
