“Out of the 4 times I’ve gone, 3 times they were closed during “open hours” with a sign on the door saying they would be back at a certain time but were not back by then. I even went back 1 hour later one time and were still closed at 5:30 pm with the sign saying they’d be back by 5 pm. I’ve called and have not gotten an answer. I had a fine experience the 1 time I was able to go in though, so three stars for that. They didn’t have a very big Pokemon inventory the time I went but I was able to get a 1999 base set card I wanted (:”

“Drove all the way up from Miami and visited during the hours they claimed to be opened but the shop was closed. I find it inconsiderate and unprofessional to not do something so standard and basic as updating hours, even a simple IG post would be good. For anyone that's thinking of going, make sure to call first because they definitely aren't honoring whatever hours they put on Google/Yelp/Social.”
