“This place is AWESOME! I love their collection of new and used games in the entrance AND the arcades to the right is incredible. It shot me back to the 80's when I worked at my roommates arcade! Blacklight and florescent lighting. The decor in the bathrooms with old ads for games and game counsels really set me in awe. Will be heading back again. The help there was very knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to talk with. looking forward to the next time I head to Jacksonville.”

“Bought a used 360 slim bc ours stopped reading my favorite game even after trying multiple copies. Brought it home and spent 3 hours trying to connect it to the Internet so I could pull my gamertag over. Nothing was working. I brought it back not to return it but to ask for advice and help and Nona was absolutely amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my issues and when she got it connected asked me if I wanted to log in to my profile just in case it didn't connect at home. Went above and beyond so I didn't have to give up my dream of playing CivRev again again 10 years. Thank you! Everyone in the store is super nice and welcomes you as you enter. Store is clean and prices are reasonable and fair from what we were looking for. Will definitely be back. They even have wait lists for a game if they don't have it in stock. We are waiting on Sheep Raider!!!”

“This is an awesome video game. In all honesty, my only complaint about this place is the prices on Switch games. For example, in the photo below, Mario Party Superstars is at $ 59.99 used; however, new the game costs $ 59.99 at Walmart or any store that sells video games, which is disappointing. However, this store is still one of my favorites, and I would encourage others, new or old, to collecting to visit Video Game Rescue. This also isn’t the case for all Switch games; most are priced according and are completely fair. Just a couple of them are priced highly.”
