“New to collecting so was looking for a company to help submitting and grading some cards and found KK. I paid for the cleaning and evaluation which says they only submit to PSA if they believe it’ll get an 8 or higher. I got my cards back and these got a 4 & 6! While I know they can’t control grades, those indicate physical flaws which should have been spotted and why I paid for evaluation being new. Their response , “it happens”. Won’t use again.”
