“Always one of our favorite card stores and everyone is nice. Paris really went above and beyond to demo Yugioh! to my son and me so we can start playing it ourselves. My son was so beyond excited to finally get to learn how to play and Paris was patient and so well informed and really encouraged us and made us feel like he was really interested in supporting a kid learn how to play and enjoy the game. It really meant a lot to our family and solidified that this is a great card shop with thoughtful staff. Plus we love that we can order singles for in store pickup! They even have common inexpensive cards and vintage cards which is a real lifesaver for our Pokemon and now Yugioh! collections! Thank you again for making my son feel like he has a place in the community and helping him understand how to play. We can’t wait to come back soon.”

“All the employees here and the manager are so nice and helpful 😊. Paris and Cole are always wonderful. There are others I can name too, if they were here today. It’s so nice to be called by my name and a lot of the employees already automatically know to put my military discount in. I’ve never had one bad experience. I buy most of my “Magic the Gathering” items and cards from Cool Stuff Games 😎. The computer system is awesome here and makes it so easy to buy MTG cards.”

“Went to the Marvel MTG pre-release, and some guy stole all pre-release cards. The shop was great, they let me dig through trash to see if I accidentally threw out my pre-release cards. We checked, I didn't. The shop gave me a consolation pack for my stuff being stolen. I want to give the place 3/5 bc of theives, but its not there fault a theif came to their store.”

“Horrible company! I had an order that was delivered to the wrong address by USPS. When I first attempted to contact them, they stated they would contact USPS and if the order was not delivered by that weekend that they would refund. They then sent me another message the same day and advised they could not file a complaint with USPS as they had to wait a week according to USPS yet I was able to file a complaint the following day. I then sent then screenshots of the complaint I filed and I was told that since I filed a complaint with USPS that they would no longer assist in refunding my order as USPS would pay out the claim? Well guess what? USPS denied the claim! USPS claims they denied it because my order shows as delivered! Of course it was but delivered to the wrong address! Now I just sent this company another email demanding they fix the issue. As a consumer it's not my fault that the carrier delivered the damn order to the wrong address! I also have an email confirming that USPS acknowledged this! To make matters worse both phone numbers simply take you to a recorded line that states they work from home so no one is able to assist and to leave a voicemail but they never call back!”
