“Had an amazing experience at Mighty Mikes! Spent 3 hours here and found exactly what I was looking for! Mike is very helpful and even gave me a tour, layout is great. If you’re looking for something your best bet is at Mighty Mikes! I rate it a 10 out of 5, absolutely amazing store and an amazing time! 100% recommend to anyone who has even a slight interest in video games or anything of the sort. “Hands Down the craziest game store I've ever been to. after my local store got shut down I was excited to spend my vacation going to some stores in the Saint Petersburg area. By the time I visited Mighty Mikes I had been to 3 other stores and back to them all over again and if it wasn't for the fact i got an extra day in the area due to a flight delay I would have never visited, little did I know what i would be missing out on! Upon arriving at the store my friend and I didn't have very high hopes as we were jaded. After walking into the store I found the DS section and started scanning for the titles on my list and Immediately I knew this was not like the other stores we have been to. The selection was huge and the quality of titles and the condition of the games were top notch, not to mention all of the sealed and boxed copies of games in large quantities. Almost immediately after entering we were greeted by Mike, the store owner who offered to give us a tour of the store, we enthusiastically accepted. Mike then began walking us around his store showing us how everything was organized. Firstly was everything Nintendo from Switch to NES along the left hand wall with a break in the middle containing a large flat screen with modern consoles, a mini fridge with complimentary water, a rug, a comfortable couch, and last but not least his incredibly well mannered dog (who I don't remember the name of but I know shared a name with a videogame character that meant something to mike). As we got the the back of the store the Nintendo section ended with his "Museum" a glass case in which not all inside if for sale but just pieces of his personal collection that had great historical value, of them some of the sand outs were 2 bottles of unopened wine given to PlayStation employees for the milestone of 10 Million PlayStation's Sold, multiple NES and Disk Based Prototype builds of different video games, and a Basketball with tons of signatures that was a gift to the president of Sega from a Footlocker event Sega sponsored. Going around to the other side of the room was a case filled with Horror and a large amount of Graded games, including not one but 2 of the ps2 chainsaw controllers in there display cases. The next 2 cases were filled with Japanese imports that Mike and his girlfriend had brought back from Japan during there various trips. The stand outs for me were things like the DS TV Tuner, a copy of Pepsi Man, and a ps1 Initial D Game (that i should have bought). The second of these 2 cases was exclusively filled with Japanese soundtracks of all sorts of different video games and possibly anime. one case down from the sound tracks started what I believe was the collection of PS1 titles for sale encompassed inside of an original PlayStation store display. From here on down we had what Mike believes is the entire in box collection of PS Vita games, the small collection of PlayStation Games and the smaller selection of Xbox Games, only the bangers here! In the middle of the store was a collection of different types of collectables such as Japanese import plush, old Nintendo power and game informers, fast food promotional items including toys cups and bags, and my favorites being all the goodies given away at events like E3, Pax, and the game awards. lastly, this table also had a few CRT's setup, Mike told us that we could play any of the games he had instore with exceptions only for sealed copies and at no extra cost to us, Mike simply stated that he wanted to have not only a store but a place where people could come hangout and play some games, and I admire that! Review to long for google TLDR: We spent hours in here, Played DDR Mario mix, Stayed past closing, Shared stories, Ogled at everything, Best game store ever, Treasure around every corner, Awesome owner, Brilliant curation, Truly fair prices, WAY MORE THAN A "game store", This review DOES NOT do it JUSTICE Thank you mike for a wonderful experience! cant wait to visit you and your both at too many games! - Louis and Zach (DDR Mario Mix & Resident Evil)”

“Looking for rare older systems or games Mike the guy to see. Great new store and inventory, the stories behind some of the posters and memorabilia is amazing.
