“I was in town for a conference and, as part of a long tradition, I like to visit and sponsor FLGSs. As I arrived, I was immediately told off by a member of staff I would need to leave my backpack behind the counter in a weird tone. Store selection is ok, although a little dated and disorganised, and also a little pricey. Plenty of titles are hidden behind new titles upfront on the shelves, which makes it difficult to navigate - but you may enjoy the "treasure trove". After asking for my bag back, the vibe again felt off and it looked like I was a nuisance by staff that barely moved a muscle to help. After leaving the store, I realised there was a second play room where it looked like there could be more games - but didn't felt like going through it all again. Rating 3 stars as I believe these spaces should be cherished as they are a boon to the community - but, in my case, it wasn't worth the Uber ride.”
