“If you want a good relationship where you support the store and they appreciate your buisness and support your hobby, avoid this store. We have 6 to 10 regulars in our gaming group that show up every week to play in the store. This location has been home for years. Our group consist of grown men with disposable income that deliberately purchase from Level Up at a higher price to support the location. Collectively we spend a lot of money there. I have purchased things and was charged more than the price listed on the item on more than one occasion. The reasoning was the price has increased but they didn't update the price on the box. I'm not a fan of that. The prices are already higher than other locations in the area. After the recent move they put the gaming tables against a plate glass window in the sun, the only way to make it hotter would be to put them outside. We have been asking for a solution for months. Simply move the tables or some blinds would be nice. Last week was miserable so we moved the tables out of the sun into the comfortable side of the store. This week the guy was working and he was quick to inform us "the store layout is the store layout". We were not allowed to move them nor were we allowed to appeal to someone higher up to address our problem with an easy solution, so we left. The guy although polite he is robotic, cold and dismissive. He really just doesn't care. It was made clear that the relationship we thought we had developed with the store was one sided. We have 2 other options both have been very welcoming and eager for us to play there. I don't like or leave 1 star reviews, its usually some Karen that had a single unreasonable demand and just wants to vent. However this has been the general attitude we have recieved for months and I feel it's warranted and honest. Gamers beware.”
