“Let me start by saying I love this store!! The employees and the selection all top tier. I did recently have an experience that I wanted to put out there as a warning. For Mother's Day I was gifted a Mandolorian board game. I already had one so I went with the receipt and it was never opened. It had only been two weeks. They wouldn't take it back. I'm stuck with two of the same game and the game was about $70. That stinks. All sales final I was told. I wish my family knew that before they bought it. I shop here regularly but I will now need to be more cautious when buying things here especially expensive ones. We love to shop local but this can be the downside.”

“Been holding off on thus review for years, but they keep giving me reasons to despise this store. First it was the scalper priced card game packs (retail $4, store $10-11), then the lack of support in tournaments and the fact that they are charging far above retail for stuff so outdated and neglected it has sun damage. If there's no price on something, run, because they'll go off of reseller or ebay pricing. Today it was a $60 miniature kit of Deadpool that is 3 years old, selling for $150. Disgraceful.”

“Absolutely don't waste your time with this place. They over charge for everything. Even books that should be cover price are jacked up way more. Meanwhile you can go online and get them for actual cover price from most other comic book stores. Judging by the way they respond on here calling people trolls is funny. Because that is the absolute truth. Was going to spend about 200 to 300 on books. Keep in mind they were released within 90 days and once i found out they just price whatever they want. I was gone. I highly recommend checking online for things you need first or doing a drive to a much much much better place. Even with shipping still cheaper then what they were charging. The face this place has a 4.5 is insane but also they probably give out discounts or something for reviews. Would not surprise me in the slightest.”
