“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience with this store that truly went above and beyond for me and my family. During a recent trip to Chicago, we stopped in and found the perfect souvenir hoodie, but didn’t end up purchasing it that day. Once we were back in Ohio, I realized how much we all wished we had picked it up. I reached out to the store, and within minutes, a kind and professional team member texted me directly to help. They made the entire process incredibly easy and offered to ship the hoodie right to my home. Just two days later, it arrived in perfect condition! A special thank you to the manager, Rich, and the team member who reached out. Your attention to detail and amazing customer service made a lasting impression. This kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated. If you’re ever in Chicago and want to shop somewhere that treats you like more than just a customer, this is the place to go. Thank you again!”

“A nice store with a great selection of licensed Chicago sports merch from popular and reputable brands; mainly '47, New Era, Nike and a little Homage. I found a Cubs t shirt that was sold out everywhere but here and I'm happy with my purchase. There were a lot of sizes available for most of their offerings so that was really nice to see. However, there is no available fitting room keep in mind. I understand it's a very small store though. Either way, they're filling a niche in downtown Chicago as it's getting kind of hard to find sports merch on the mag mile these days, so I'll definitely be back! They also have a lot of Chicago (city) themed stuff if you want a city souvenir and not a sports related one!”

“It was nice, women’s and kids upstairs, had a wide variety of items both Chicago and sports. Didn’t buy anything but they had baby to grown up items.”

“Didn’t see any Michael Jordan jerseys for sale at this Sports store in Chicago. Peculiar. When I asked the cashier about it he said “you have to go to the stadium.” Ok, so I responded “yall got sold out?” assuming that’s what happened and he just repeated “you have to go to the stadium.” So I responded in his same dismissive tone “ok, I will have to go to the stadium.” Pardon me for assuming a sports store in Chicago had Michael Jordan jerseys for sale. Cashier just had to sass me and act like I’m the crazy one. Just a simple question bro no need for the sass. Not a single other soul in the store at the time too so it’s not like bro was busy. My advice is to realize that many people are visiting here from out of town, so try to treat them with respect and good customer service because people DO have time while on vacation to write lengthy reviews if motivated enough. To the cashier bro, sorry I had to write this review but I simply wanted to match your energy. Stupid games stupid prizes. Learn basic customer service, sassy boy.”
