“Cannot thank enough. Lady at the front made you feel welcome! Generous and ready to help you. She helped me out, told me the estimated time, and told me what could’ve possibly could’ve went wrong. I brought my Nintendo 3ds to change region and the expert did in like it was nothing. Next day my charging port damaged, possibly because I plug the charger with force. Went back and again he fixed in no time. He’s name was Eddie and he was very nice. Would recommend this place for repairs and buying games.”

Experience was at best 2 stars.- Customer service: 1/5 Transparency: 0/5 Timeliness: 2/5 Friendliness: 4/5 Repair quality: 3/5 Cost: you get what you pay for. I *want* to say good things about this place, but communication is a key aspect of their business, and they fail at it consistently. Their job is to repair electronics AND coordinate the drop off, pickup times with customers...don't even talk to me about their mobile service. I brought in a controller that needed replacement sticks, needed to get it repaired a second time because the first soldering didn't take. Tried to arrange a time to pick it up, the person that *had* my item was never really arround-took about two weeks to get it back, and I still don't know if they made things right or just swapped in two knockoff sticks-I had to calibrate them myself at home to ensure they worked properly. Went back and forth, apparently the main repairman had my controller for awhile, then the mobile service...just get everything handled through the shop if you must go. That being said, it's a ps5 controller with stick drift, not rocket science- if they have a problem with *controllers*, probably just some quality control issue from one of their suppliers, or covid encroachment lowering part quality across the board. That being said,, imagine their turnaround on anything *more* complex... Seems they had their gates locked up on and off during work hours over the past while, so don't trust them being open when they say they are.”
