Now that Game stops are going thru a rebranding and closing so many of my local stores. The atmosphere of the cicero location when you walk thru the door gave me goosebumps. “Wolf is outstanding! He is incredibly knowledgeable, and his customer service is truly top tier. I went in because my PS3’s power button wasn’t working and it wasn’t reading physical discs. We were helped immediately, and Wolf took the time to walk my boyfriend and me through a few things some of which we ended up purchasing. I’m really into retro games and have been working on completing my Tomb Raider collection. Unfortunately, none of the locations had the title I was looking for at the time. However, about an hour after we left, Wolf personally called to let us know he had managed to get his hands on Tomb Raider: Underworld and was willing to place it on hold for us until we returned to pick up our PS3. That level of follow-up and dedication is rare. This place is truly top tier and clearly values its customers. Wolf and his staff have absolutely gained two loyal clients.
