“This business doesn’t respect their own warranties. Bought a PlayStation 2, took it home and it had no audio at all, and a janky disk tray. Came back and was told that they would not repair it despite the fact that their warranty posted on their wall clearly states that they will offer repair or replacement. I wanted a repair and was told I wasn’t getting one. I have spent a lot here over the past few years, and will not be returning after this experience”

“Came out of my way to this shop to sell some old games/systems and to hopefully find a necessary cord I’ve been looking for. Came at 11:30 and they were completely closed. No lights on, nothing. The printed schedule on the door and the google schedule says they should be open. Absolutely ridiculous, will not come back.”
