“I've been going to Mox since around the time it opened. It has been amazing to watch Mox turn into what it is today. Imo it is easily one of the best third spaces in Janesville, there is no pressure to make a purchase if you're using the space, you can come in just to hang out and catch a few games. The usuals are all pretty nice and willing to play games. Be forewarned tho, the Magic crowd is a bit on the more competitive side(including a nice thriving cEDH community if that's your thing), but most people will try to accommodate for power levels. They also have a Discord that has fostered a pretty cool little community in and of itself. There is some pretty good food places within walking distance(including an amaaaazing Hispanic Grocery Store/Restaurant just down the corner from Mox). The stores selection of product seems to always be expanding. This is also one of the best places to find hot singles in your area. I think the only complaint I really have with Mox is that parking on event nights can be a little difficult to aquire.”
