This store is awesome! The employees actually enjoy the products they carry. As a collector I will definitely be coming back!

I’m extremely disappointed with the direction this store is heading. I recently found out that two of the most knowledgeable and professional employees, Jermaine and Jason, are leaving. They were the only ones who consistently made the experience enjoyable and actually knew what they were talking about when it came to sports cards. What’s even more frustrating is that this leaves customers dealing with one of the rudest, most snarky employees I’ve ever encountered. Interactions feel dismissive and unprofessional, which completely kills any desire to shop here. I even took the time to email the owner directly about these concerns, hoping something would change but clearly, that feedback wasn’t taken seriously. At this point, it feels like the owner has completely misplaced priorities. When your best staff are walking out the door and the behavior that drives customers away is allowed to continue, that says a lot about how the business is being run. With the only two employees who truly understood sports cards gone, I won’t be returning. I’d strongly suggest the owner take a hard look at the kind of environment he’s allowing to exist.

As someone who has spent a lot of money here and played a lot of games here, I am extremely disappointed with recent changes made at this local store. There is a clear disregard for players of TCG games, players are forced to pay higher pricing for boxes of games they support and give their money too, and the owner continues to upcharge, even though other stores around the area charge significantly less. Players continually leave week after week and the ownership doesn't seem to care. On top of that, the recent news that Jason and Jermaine will be leaving has me extremely disappointed, those two as well as Jack and Luke were the only store employees that made visiting worthwhile. This has me really pondering if ownership has the eyesight to see what the store may look like when those two go, especially with the relationships that Jermaine has strived so hard to build. Needless to say, I don't plan on returning to this store or giving them any more of my money. They have terrible trade in rates - 40% cash and 60% store credit, when solo vendors are doing almost 80% cash nowadays. This store reeks of a place that is stuck in the past and has no desire to move forward in any capacity. With new stores popping up nearby, I'm more inclined to move to a new store that is player focused, especially when this one has shown time and time again that they do not care about their player base and are only in business for the money, which will kill this hobby store as a whole. Hopefully the ownership wakes up before it's too late.

I bought a pack of cards from an out of print fantasy flight LCG(legend of the five rings), I was excited to see it available since it’s somewhat hard to come by- unfortunately the pack just arrived, and the pack itself was already opened, with several of the cards removed and replaced with easy to find copies from other packs. It’s pretty disappointing since this was the last pack I needed to finish my collection. Edit: after replying to this saying I must have the wrong store, they continue to send me discount codes to my email five months after they ripped me off.
