“Love the store and happy they are getting more traction; however, what would have been 5 stars based on prior encounters has been lowered based on customer service and experience today. The only employee today was making comments (“it says it right there”)under their breath when people were confirming prices. When I’d asked to see a couple cards from inside the case, she said “please” because I’d forgotten to. I will take the screw up on my own manners for it; however, I don’t think someone in the service industry should conduct themselves with those responses. Especially someone in sales. I’d re-evaluate and offer more training and customer service basics to this individual.”
