Comic Sandwiches

“I've been a massive fan of Captain America ever since I was a kid, and now that I have some money to my name, I decided that I wanted to buy his shield. I looked everywhere and no one that I found matched the quality that Comic Sandwiches has. Now that I have received the shield, I think that even more so now. This shield is the pride of my collection, it looks absolutely perfect and I couldn't appreciate Grayson enough for his lighting fast responses and assistance. If I could give it 10 stars I would 🙌”

“Outstanding work! Above and beyond my expectation. Called relatively in a short time frame (a month ahead) to see if it could be done. Called other places as well, but he only one that was responsive and I was able to consistently get on the phone. I was nervous that it wasn’t a local business, but the time I needed it, it arrived. Great quality and the Soldiers still talk about how cool it was for my outgoing commander to have. He had been a true superhero while in command so it was only the most appropriate gift. If you face any communication issues, not to worry because the shop is dedicated on meeting time lines. I wasn’t sure at a point if the deadline would’ve been met, but the man is of is word. I would definitely recommend and do business with him again! 🇺🇸”

“Grayson runs a great store here. I bought a Captain America replica shield from him last summer, and after almost a year, the shield is still in great condition. I’ve used it to go to con events, but also kept it as a display piece in my room. Truly awesome craftsmanship, if you’re trying to go for movie-like authenticity. Even down to the leather straps. If you’re thinking about purchasing an item from Comic Sandwiches, I’d say definitely go for it! It’s been a great experience and communication with the store has never been a problem.”

“First of all, I want to apologize for taking so long to write a review. Now to the good stuff. I got in touch with these guys to make a custom shield for me, but wasn't sure of the design. They really know their stuff and what works best. As you can see by these pictures, it is better than I could ever imagine. The quality and craftmanship is impeccable. The communication was better than expected. Whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond. I was always kept up to date on the progress and sent a picture before shipping. Will be doing business again in the future. Best regards to ComicSandwiches from Captain Wake Forest living the dream in DeacTown. Go Deacs!!!”
