“I have spent hundreds of dollars in this place I love going in but some of there staff have an attitude when u ask them to mix the packs ur buying. When asked to mix the packs she turns her back to me to give me the same packs she had in the first place then when I say something about wants to go off and say oh my god…. I don’t think that’s how u treat a paying customers might never go back to the Topeka store again….. note this is not the first time having problems with staff trying to rush u to buy stuff”

“Went to buy/trade for some of their cards and sell/trade some of mine. Their “card guy” was sitting at a desk across the store away from the area that their cards are displayed. The other employees were nice and trying to help me out but if I’m going to make deals with cards I’d like to meet and talk to the person that will be making the deals with me. If you’re looking to buy/sell some Pokemon cards I would recommend the Lawrence store.”
