“Let me explain clearly: I’ve gone to the store twice to buy cards, and they told me, "We don't have any; we sold them all." I don't have a problem with that—I'm glad sales are going well for them. My issue is that they tell you to join the Discord to see posts about when stock arrives, but it seems like there's a select group with special privileges. I called the store to ask if they had stock, and they said, "No, we don't even have any for ourselves." Then, I went there after work and saw an employee opening a box containing booster boxes—just for himself. We want to enjoy the game too.”

“I called the store over the weekend to ask if they had Pokémon cards, and I had a really pleasant conversation with one of the employees. He told me to stop by after 6 PM on Wednesday or Saturday, and said he’d be able to help put my name down and reserve some ETBs specifically the Chaos Rising ETB. On Monday, I stopped in to browse, and the smell in the store was honestly overwhelming. At some point there needs to be a deodorant check at the door because it’s not doing the stereotype any favors. The place was dark and dirty, i guess it fits the vibe if I wanted to walk into an episode of goblin slayer. While looking around, I noticed a Perfect Order ETB. The employee told me it was reserved, but the customer hadn’t picked it up yet. I asked how much they were selling it for, and he said $65 if I was interested. I already own a Perfect Order ETB, so I passed. I also asked how reservations worked, and then I was told reservations were only available for veterans going overseas. So I came back Wednesday after 6 PM to speak with the employee I originally talked to, only to be told they don’t do reservations at all and that nobody knew what I was talking about. The GM also confirmed they don’t take reservations. Glad I wasted 30 minutes driving out to this place. If you’re looking for a better experience, check out One Drop Game Shop or Legendary Crits Lounge instead — both places treated me like an actual customer instead of a nuisance.”
