“If I could give this store 10 stars, I absolutely would. I came to Louisville on a business trip and decided to stop by on a whim, just to check it out. It’s a small, simple, family‑owned game shop—but I absolutely loved it. Light on Warhammer and MTG CCG, unlike so many stores these days, yet full of board games, puzzles, and all kinds of unique items. I especially appreciated the wide selection of non‑D&D TTRPG materials they had in stock. I was honored to meet a very lovely young lady named Kaitlyn—and my sincere apologies if I’ve misspelled your name. She humored me through multiple RPG conversations with kindness and patience. And she went the extra mile: when I purchased a beautiful ocean‑and‑gold themed set of dice (a perfect gift for my Pirate Borg DM), she even included a small protective baggie so the dice wouldn’t puncture the display case during my travels. That small gesture went a long way in a world where customer service often feels like it’s fading. Kaitlyn has found a way to absolutely nail it. The store is LGBTQ‑friendly, family‑friendly, and kid‑friendly. Well done to the owners; I was genuinely impressed by your wonderful little shop. And a big thank‑you to Kaitlyn, who kindly humored an old guy who’s been around as long as D&D itself while she was trying to close up for the night.”
