“This place is really great. Lots of product, almost anything you want in terms of tcgs, board games, retro gaming, etc. they host tournaments every single night in their huge seating area and it's very welcoming. You're always able to come and sit down and play with friends or people who might be in the store. There's loads of regulars that come all the time and I've made a lot of friends here. Most of the employees are very nice, sometimes they're standoffish but that's understandable knowing the types of people they have to endure everyday. I'd recommend anybody wanting to get into tcgs or Warhammer to come here, they have the right people and anything you might need.”

“Big Store with a Good Amount of Everything! Magic the Gathering (MTG), PokeMon, Sports Cards & Memorabilia, Video Gaming (old & new), Yu-Gi-Oh, Board Games, 40K and others! They’re popular for their PokeMon and MTG. They hold tournaments and allow for casual games. Patrons have plenty of space to check their inventory, and the layout is great. It’s in a box design, where counters are on the outside, play hall and tables in the middle for gaming, trading, hanging out and whatever. They have some tables with gaming mats laid down, else you can bring your own. I’m not sure on if you need to reserve a table or not. Staff are plenty, but still not enough sometimes. They are priced reasonably for most items, flexible and can negotiate on pricing for others. I haven’t had a bad experience, there are some that might not like how the staff engage with patrons, but not every staff member is the same. So if you want to become a regular, find out who some are the staff that you trust or like to work with and you won’t go wrong. Check it out!”

“Really sad I have to write a review about a place I used to love going to as something to look forward to after a doctors appointment I dreaded. I know this review probably won’t change anything as I am just one person who shows up every so often. I went in to the shop yesterday after not being down for a few months, when I walked in the door I was completely shocked at how different the sports card side looked. Absolutely 0 dollar bins like they used to have. It makes 0 sense why you have a building the size of a grocery store if you are going to cut out one of the best things you had. I don’t know if it was a work issue, like it just took to much of time to do but that was really something that brought a lot of people in. I understand whatnot is the new thing but kids that come in aren’t going to always be able to afford your showcase cards. There was a couple bins on a showcase that were 3-5 dollars but every card in those were cards that I used to see in dollar bins. It seems like sports cards are the only side that took that hit because Pokemon and such still have them. The worker was nice to me that’s never been a issue. Just seems like they don’t really care to much about the store now that the whatnot works for them. I’d buy a whole 4 row of singles and you wouldn’t need a retail optic pack to keep me in your store…. I also don’t want any of this to come across hateful because that isn’t my intent it’s just a very far drive from northern Ky to find out the whole store changed. I hope that you all revert back because that truly was the highlight of the store in my opinion for sport card fans. The 25c bins are straight bulk for the most part. I just can’t wrap my head around whose decision that was when the competition down the street had dig bins and prices for everyone. I hope it changes back but if not my days of coming will slowly die out”

“This shop used to be one of the better trading card stores around Kentucky, but unfortunately it has gone downhill and I would rate this place the worst TCG shop to visit in Kentucky. Prices are consistently overpriced compared to other local shops and online markets, and the customer service has become disappointing. It doesn’t feel like a hobby shop anymore where people can enjoy the community and passion for cards, it just feels like a purely transactional business now. The atmosphere and customer experience that made this place enjoyable are gone.”
