“This shop is such an experience. Absolutely loved every thing about it. The owner took his time to show us around. Answered questions. Didnt make us feel uncomfortable. Such a welcoming vibe. Its a big playspace. Inventory was stocked well. They have paint nights, they teach, riftbound, magic, warhammer. I mean i walked in and my eye opened wide. Its everything we plan to build in our future. So happy to see someone else accomplish it. So far its the best tabletop shop ive been too. Great job guys!!! Keep being amazing. “Often I find game stores to be uninviting or stressful environments, but Battle Standard is amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly as well as more than willing to answer any questions or suggest better values. They have dedicated DnD as well as miniature areas(including a sink to clean painting materials.) I collect board games and their in house collection had games I had never heard of as well as old favorites like Catan. The decorations extend past the door and into restrooms which spark wonder. I didn’t have a chance to see the card tournament area but love that there is a dedicated space.”

“To not bury the lead, Scarred Bard was excellent. 5 stars for the grub and grog. Partner said, "Even if you weren't a nerd, I'd eat here again." Awesome pretzel, good meatball hoagie and chicken parm panini. Partner thought her salad was great. Awesome looking cocktails and great mead selection. The house mead, Ord, was very tasty. For the rest, it's a minis focused store, mostly Warhammer, though I spied some D&D core books and a few board games. Definitely support MtG and several other card games with tournaments, and the store has tons of tables for minis play, as well as a modeling space with a sink for paint clean up (and maybe two private areas for gaming groups?). Atmosphere was great. Everybody was super friendly, and my son was impressed by the boltgun-chic decor.”

“This establishment is fantastic! From gaming tables to tournaments. New game releases. They have got you covered. Fantastic selection of D&D dice. Huge Warhammer catalog. Miniatures galore! You can also commission a local artist to paint your Miniatures. They also serve food and have a bar. The theme is mid evil and its amazing!! If you are a gamer definitely a place worth your time!”
