“Hidden Gems has been an awesome place to shop. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to give a big shoutout to Kevin, John, and Art (I believe that’s his name) for always providing excellent service. They offer fair prices and even give occasional discounts when buying larger amounts, which is greatly appreciated. I was even able to find my grail card there and we worked together to find a price that worked for both parties. (they'll know who left this review lol) I started coming here around 2025, the store has made some big improvements, space is much more open, and they always have products in stock especially Pokemon. They sell at market price which is understandable given the demand for sealed product. Every time I've come in they share the same enthusiasm as collectors, always kind to younger kids who are just collecting cards. Art showed me his personal collection and it is such a relief to see people who work at these shops do it for the hobby and not for profittable gains (of course it is still a business, but nice to know they are also collectors as well). They are very competitive with trade-ins, always at 70% store credit, most places around here are trading at 50-60%. What really stands out is how knowledgeable the team is. They took the time to educate me on some cards and helped me learn how to identify them properly, which made my experience even better. It’s clear they care about their customers and want to make sure you leave informed and satisfied. Highly recommend checking them out!”

“Hidden Gems is truly a hidden gem. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, and their prices are honestly amazing. The shop itself is huge and super spacious, which makes such a difference. Most card shops feel cramped, but here there’s plenty of room to breathe, relax, and actually enjoy your time. My boyfriend and I come here the most because of all the binders full of cards and the seating and tables where you can sit for hours going through everything. It’s such a chill, comfortable environment. They also went above and beyond for me. I had my eye on a holo Fairy Energy, and the owner promised me a deal if I came back, and he kept his word. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare. If you’re into cards, this place is 100% worth checking out.”
