“I was welcomed in to the shop with my child the minute we walked in the door. I had a great conversation with a guy whose first day was the day I was there. He showed me where the vintage cards were. I also talked to another person who was knowledgeable and talkative. We bought one graded card and since it was our first visit, he gave my 15-year-old a free pack of Pokémon cards. We talked vintage baseball and it reminded him of a card the shop just purchased, which he pulled out and showed me from the back. Great first experience.”
