“I have been a customer of this business for over a decade and rarely have anything to ever complain about. The staff are friendly and funny, easy to approach, and knowledgeable in their profession. The store is kept clean, maintained, and stocked year-round. I appreciate the time they put into organizing the games, consoles, and other items sprinkled out around the store. The games are reasonably priced and in pretty good condition for used. Some oldies on the PS2 I found were still sealed. If you're looking for games, consoles, Pokémon cards or to sell any of the above, I highly suggest you give High Score Games a look.”

“I came from out of state to visit family in Eden prairie and came across this store. I was pleasantly surprised! It was amazing and I was able to buy three Pokemon cards (mega lucario EX, 1$,mega charizard EX 5$ and a mewtwo 2$) for a reasonable price. I can’t wait to visit again!”

“Has potential, but poor decisions hold it back. I have been to this store to a few times because I was already in the mall. When you walk in for the first time you are wowed by the amount of games and variety of items they have. Any gamer or nerd would love looking at their inventory. The problem is NOTHING IS PRICED. My biggest pet peeve is when stores do not price items. Do you expect me to come to the front and ask you the price on a bunch of games? It makes zero sense. You lost a customer because of it. There were probably 20 games I was interested in getting prices for but I am not waiting that long for an employee to look them up and give me market or above market price (according to other reviews). I am sure they have lost many customers because they want to save a few bucks on market fluctuations. Stupid business decisions will cripple stores like this. I think the funniest part is the only thing in the store that’s price is their trading cards. I don’t care if stores price their Pokemon above MSRP. It’s the norm now, it doesn’t bother me, but when you can’t price a $10 game but you are over TCG/Ebay on trading cards it makes you laugh. The employees/owners seem so uninterested in talking to people. There was a guy in front of us trying to get some info and they acted like it was a bother. This store has amazing potential. A clean store layout with great inventory is a recipe for success but when you pair it with dumb decisions and bad customer service you will lose many returning customers that could have spent thousands in your store. I’ll continue to stop by when I’m in the mall hoping things change.”

“If you're the *only* game/media store in the state (possibly country) doing live pricecharting pricing it's probably for a reason, and I can tell you it's not cause it's a good way of doing things. First game store I've ever walked out of without buying anything and I'm sure my experience reflects a biiig portion of first time visitors. Imagine going to a music store and having to go up to the counter to ask how much they're selling a beatles album on their shelf for, lol. I could maybe understand the stuff in the cases being stingy with, but live pricecharting all the 5-10$ commons on the shelves? It gives the vibe of an owner who got burned once or twice by selling a pricey game for cheap (naturally happens in a reselling business) and is now overcompensating way too far in the other direction. "Sticker residue" is a poor excuse, everyone has rubbing alcohol. "We want to make sure you're not overpaying for a game that's actually cheap" is a poor excuse, we all know you want to make money so it's actually the other way around. "It would take too much effort to tag things" is a poor excuse, I've seen bigger stores with tags on everything, and it's the owner's job to balance updating prices alongside a good customer experience (which, manually walking up to have a cashier google/pricechart every individual game for you is not a good experience) Also, weirdly inconsistent since the cards have prices while the games don't. I think this is a store that only works on people that don't put much critical thought into their purchases, and get wooed by the presentation which is admittedly good. Would love to eventually see the substance of the store reflect the visuals”
