Anyways 10/10 would go again to sell my child collection worth 500$ for only 5$”

“This is the go-to place to get Magic: the Gathering singles in person. Whenever I have cards I don't use, I always come here first. It helps that everyone there is very laid back and approachable too. If you have a free Wednesday, then you should definitely give their Commander night a try to see if you like the atmosphere. I couldn't recommend them more.”

“Great selection of Pokémon packs but above market, and went in to see how much I could get for the cards I pulled, asked if I could find out how much I could get for them and the guy behind the counter said “we don’t do appraisals, we could give you a quote on how much we would give you though” and I’m confused at this point cause that what I thought I asked about. Then get sent over to the owner sky I believe and he starts looking up values and tells me they pay 40% cash and 60% store credit which seems low for other rates I’ve seen elsewhere, but I was still curious and was offered $40 for my 5 cards which is fair based on the percentage he gave me. But when I said I’d like to keep them and see if I can get them graded he immediately commented on how I’m handling the cards and that I don’t have them in sleeves which again okay I’m new to this but it wasn’t what he said it was how he said it, just very abrasive and judgmental it felt. Overall great selection, they need to work on their people skills. I’ve definitely left a lot out but you had to be there for it to seem like something upsetting, ps I don’t get offended easily and it just felt like I was looked down on the whole time this visit and I will be looking for another store in the future”

“Store itself was great, very helpful and fun staff, great selection. Just a fun atmosphere, id have given it 5 save for the fact I bought a 20 dollar mystery box of pokemon instant collection cards, with some booster packs as well. Im just trying to get back into the hobby, the box states at least 2 or more Ultra/Double/Illustration rares are guaranteed in the box, with 20 foils. When opening the box I had absolutely none of that, not one. Understanding i already walked out of the place with the cards, and having no definite 100% proof, I just decided not to go back in and ask about it. However extremely disappointed but I mean not sure what I expected for 20 bucks. All in all a solid store. Edit 1: I would definitely go back, but its a bit of a drive for me unless im in the area, appreciate the response however, shows that there definitely is care in customer opinion of the store.”
