“Went in to sell some Pokémon cards. Was asking 65%-70%. I wasn't expecting much. The lady not only drops my card, but she's comping the cards wrong as well. Doesn't know the difference between a master ball card and a common card. Not sure how they are trained but yall got to understand, if you are having your employees do the comping, they not only need to know what to look for in quality but what the product is to begin with. She never once asked if what she was looking for was correct. Sorry dunno her name. She wasn't rude but honestly just didn't know what she was doing. I canceled the sale because i did not trust any of her other comps. Sorry never coming back there again.”

“My little nephew (10 years old) had gone to this store to buy squishies with money he has been saving for months. He spent $77 dollars and when he got back home to open his toys 2 of them were popped. We called and they said no refunds no returns no store credit. We would understand if he had just changed his mind or something but he was sold defective/damaged merchandise. Whether this was a vendor in their store or whatever they are being scammy to CHILDREN. Weird.”
