“The employees were super nice, so helpful and knowledgeable. You could tell these guys really enjoyed their jobs, the Hattiesburg location had gentlemen working there and they proceeded to process my sale to them for a DS,PS4, Galaxy watch 8 in about 5 minutes, all while checking out 4 other customers buying from Game Exchange. In contrast 2 days earlier I visited the Gulfport,MS location in which their were 4-5 employees and @ the same number of customers. As I walked in the Dedeaux road location I was informed their would be a 10-15 minute wait because they were already handling a customer (really 2). So while the 2 employees handled the customers the other 3 talked, leaned against the counter and watched the others work. All of this while giving the kind of you are interrupting our evening, or I don't want to be at work right now kind of vibe. The two stores a no match for each other in the aspect of customer service, cleanliness, environment, and employee moral of course with Hattiesburg being FAR, FAR SUPERIOR. I'd also like to add I don't know anyone at either location, I've been to Gulfport location 7-9 times in my 45 yr life buying & selling. I just thought that's how Game Exchange is, messy, border line rude, unwelcoming,only 1 location and being not much competition that's how they were profitable and 1 of my only options so that's why I was a returning customer as many of my friends/ family said they wouldn't go back. Since I have found the Hattiesburg location EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER THOUGHT ABOUT THE FRANCHISE HAS CHANGED! I will now be recommending that location to everyone and would really the owners visit the Gulfport location incognito and buy and sell themselves. That location would most likely have new employees and management afterwards. To The heavier gentleman with glasses and the tall slim gentleman with long hair I must say you guys have amazing customer service and knowledge of the products you sell and from this day on I will ONLY BE VISITING THAT LOCATION. THANK YOU GUYS IT WAS A PLEASURE DURING BUSINESS WITH YOU AND I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN SOON. I just may have to make 2 videos to show the total difference in the locations.”

“Got rid of model kits entirely so I won't be visiting as often anymore. Model kits were overpriced for pre-owned, even if un-opened... can't compete with hobby lobby and their 40% off sales... plus they were trying to sell pre-owned kits for brand new prices. Good selection of games if thats what you're after.”

“I really wanted to like this store, but our experience has been extremely disappointing. My dad bought a NES, and we live 1.5 hours away. When we got home, it didn’t work. We went back, and the staff spent over an hour testing every system in the store—while I had a screaming baby in the stroller—only to confirm that none of them worked. After all that, they refused to offer a refund and only gave store credit. They also promised to call when they got a new NES in stock… it’s been 2 months and we never heard from them. Fast forward to today: we tried using that store credit to buy a PS5 for my son and some Nintendo games. Two out of four games don’t work, and the PS5 is already throwing an error code. It’s really frustrating to spend so much money, drive so far, and repeatedly receive faulty products. I cannot recommend this store based on our experience.”

“I've spent alot of money, in this store, new crew working 2/1/26 terrible tried over charging. Then short guy that was in charge shrug shoulders like yeah whatever that's the price When I ask if he could check price. He's a real business killer.”
