“We took our 13-year old nephew here for the first time and he had a blast! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Trading cards isn't my Forte, but even I could appreciate the layout and organization! For that, this was actually one of the better stores we visited in the 417 area during our nephew's eight-day stay. There was a cute little boutique in the back where I found a bracelet, and we loved their support of Rescue One and bought a fundraiser packet. Our nephew recognized 9 of the 10 players in the packet and was so thrilled with this small $5 gift from us. We look forward to returning when he names his annual summer visit again next year.”

“I love this store. They are kind, genuine and fair. I've seen literal millionaires walk in there and they treat them the same as the kids that keep coming up and buying 10 cent cards. A great selection of newer and vintage cards. Boxes of '80s and '90s cards. Autograph cards, memorabilia cards, and low numbered cards galore at this place. They've painfully separated out players and teams if you're just looking for a particular player or card. They had over 400 .25 cards of my favorite player. They have pokémon boxes for people interested in that. Every type of card or organization you could ever want. I like all the guys there but I've really gravitated towards Jason. He's been very patient with me as I've had a lot of dump questions. When I brought in trades he spent the time to look at them and has always given me a fair value. When people come in with cards that unfortunately have no value they let the people down in the kindest way possible. No matter how many times they've had to give the speech, they still give it with compassion every time. Jason's the type of guy that makes me wish I had a daughter just so she could marry someone like him. I also walk you through and guide you on whether or not a card should be graded. Their services for sending off cards to be graded are very reasonable. I Love this store and I love the way they treat ALL their customers.”

“Great selection of sports cards, not a lot of Pokémon but decent amount of Lorcana. Also lots of supplies for collecting as well!”

“If I could give zero stars I so would, as I have spent thousands in this business in the last few months, and all I get is attitude from them and all they do is ignore you and watch TV, and then talk crap behind people's back when they leave. This place is a joke and need to hire people that love there jobs instead all you get is attitude when you ask them a question when they can be nice and answer respectful but all you get is talked down to. I would recommend anyone to go on this business. I will keep all my business with arrowhead they are all great people and treat you with the upmost respect and to my kids. So of your looking for any kind of sports cards pokemon or any other collectibles go to arrowhead.”
