“Update: Changing to 5 stars! After a few days, my claim was finally approved, and they sent me a new case. While the resolution was positive in the end, I’ll admit the process was a bit frustrating at first. I had to reach out to them a couple of times to get an update on the status of my claim, which made me feel a bit in the dark. At first, I was a little impatient, especially since I wasn’t sure what was happening with my request. However, once I did hear back, the response was quick, and they were able to resolve the issue smoothly. In the end, I’m happy with the outcome, and I appreciate how they followed through once communication was established. It’s easy to get frustrated when you’re not getting updates, but everything worked out, and I’m satisfied with how the situation was handled. Thanks for resolving the issue”

“I'll be honest here. This store really wasn't for me. When I saw the name "The Collector Store," I was expecting a wide variety of collectibles, from figures, to comics, to cards, etc. However, this is almost exclusively a card store. With the exception of some funkos and Pokémon pushes, almost everything is a card product of some kind. The other half of the store is a play area. I'm glad that a large, well-maintained space like this exists for people who are into this hobby, but I was personally disappointed in their stock. I won't be back, but I'll certainly recommend this place to any TCG fan I meet.”

“Took my son here this weekend and had an awesome experience. The Guy working the case took his time with us and was happy to look at a few of the cards we were trying to trade. He gave us an estimate of the cards value (I did some research in advance, and it was a fair price). We were looking for store credit to get some Ascended Heroes singles (Gengar, Psyduck), he walked us to the trade desk to make sure we were taken care of quickly so we could make the trade and get moving. We left happy with 2 cards we were looking for!”
