“Reading through some of these reviews is truly baffling to me. Bottom line the service on a Friday afternoon with only a handful of customers in the store was the typical experience you expect when ordering from a fast food restaurant. The younger guy behind the Pokemon counter chilled on his phone while I was looking at singles in front of him. Typical Gen Z service. Likely wasn’t the A team working on a Friday which is kind of surprising. I could get past that honestly if it weren’t for the prices. In a world where collectors get upset at shops selling for market price. Everything in this shop aside from the new Disney chrome was 10-35% above MARKET. Chrome platinum baseball is $220 but $300 in store. Every sports hobby box follows suit. New Pokemon 1st partner series 2 was $28 over market. Follows on every single and box in the shop. I had 1 purpose for coming in. To trade in $760 worth of Topps MVP buybacks. At this point I’ll just deal with the pain of sending them in to Dave and Adam’s or calling some shops even further away in Omaha. There was nothing in the shop worth buying with the trade in money.”
