“The shop primarily features Gunpla as you might expect, but what sets it apart is the excellent selection of paints, tools, and glues. Unlike many other hobby shops, the paints are continually kept in stock so you usually can get the color(s) you need. They carry Tamiya, Mr. Hobby and Vallejo. There are only a few car models (from Japanese manufacturers of course) and I didn't see any military models on my last visit. They have a few Bandai Star Wars kits. Some of the accessories are useful for military builders l. Still, even the non-Gunpla builders will find value here because of the tools and paints. As a mainly military modeler I'd stop here 1st to get my paints and thinners because they likely will have the color in stock. Highly recommended.”

“My sons love this store. Located very close to us makes it a breeze to get to. Staff has always been friendly. They have a wide selection of Tamiya, Ban Dai and other models with a lot off small wood projects and tamiya 4wd. They have races the first Saturday of every month. They set up a track and hold races it’s $3 per car per division Box - class, tuned-class and open class. These races are super fun. All the racers that show up are so nice and super helpful. I really couldn’t ask for a better time for my boys. If you get a chance check out Hobby 1 Japan. They have some really great items. You won’t be disappointed.”
