“Runs their cEDH tournaments poorly starts an 1/2 hour late, no table numbers, and announces that it will be a 4 round top 16 cut tournament only to change it to a top 10 cut after play begins in round 3 invalidating a lot of players made in the rounds leading up to the switch. Multiple players asked multiple times to clarify before play started what the top cut will be. No sort of compensation or compassion was given to the players that were mislead and made top 16 despite the stores failure to communicate properly.”
