“I don't review places often, but this is one of my most favorite places in town. I've been around at the start when the store was super barebones with just white playtables and a few display cases and tables pushed into a corner resembling a front desk. It was oddly charming in a way. Brian the owner clocked in day in day out every day and always kept adding new things and redesigning the store to include more and more to offer to people. Always super kind and did right by the customer. Then well known community members were hired over time, ensuring that there were always people working there who cares and are incredibly knowledgeable about the tournaments they run and the product they sell. I haven't always kept up with my card game over the years, sometimes not coming back for a year at a time, but I know this is always the best place I go to whenever I want to reignite my hobby again and know I'll find a great community, store, product, and place to hangout.”

“The store was very nicely kept. The chairs and tables look comfortable, The decore was cool, and I liked the layout of everything. The man I spoke to was easy to talk and told me about all the community events they hold, which got me more excited that I found a new place to go to and participate in Yugioh. I do have a sour taste with the customer service aspect I had so I'm putting two stars. I went in blind and with excitement to get back into competitive Yugioh after a decade long hiatus. I didnt really get much of a answer when I asked what sets were good to buy when getting back into the game. All available sets were put in front of me. So I picked a box of the newest set and a box that was considered for collectors. After doing research when I got home, turns out the newest set isnt very good for competitive decks and was way overpriced. I paid $144 for two boxes that would have been $87 on Amazon with free shipping, for non-competitive relevant cards.. I understand a bit of a premium to help a local card shop but to get bad cards and pay extra makes me feel like I got taken advantage of being a not so knowledgeable customer which I was up front about from the jump. I might visit again to see the community but I won't be buying anything here again without heavy research I'm getting a good deal.”
