“Sometimes the employees are awesome. Other times they act like they are being waterboarded in the back and their families are being held at gun point. Generally like the store but man the vibes are terrible with certain employees. The selection is good, prices are fair, and the online singles inventory is genuinely useful. Also, I think your email notification system for when orders are ready is not working.”

“The workers here were rude and unfriendly during my visit. When I asked about a Japanese Pokémon booster box, I was quoted over $200, which seemed extremely overpriced considering the same product can often be purchased from Japan for under $100. The overall atmosphere of the store felt unwelcoming. The employees appeared disinterested and acted as if they didn't want to be there. To make matters worse, many of the products were priced at what felt like scalper-level prices, making it difficult for collectors and younger customers to enjoy the hobby without overpaying. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store and would encourage buyers to compare prices before making a purchase. *BEWARE* of resealed packs, boxes, tins etc..”
