The guy was extremely nice and helpful. Helped me pick out a few DS games and even put me on a waitlist if they did get a game I was wanting. I will definitely return!”

“Been going to this store for a very very long time through all of there locations. Good spot to go if your looking for new accessories for older consoles. With the recent interest in retro games most of the titles people want are going to be on a wait list. Be prepared to wait for a game you may really want. Friendly staff Would be nice to see more japanese handheld consoles”

“Been coming to cap n’ games for quite some time now (since they were just a little shop on Pyramid) and every experience has been amazing, up until recently. The last two visits and the last couple calls have been less than pleasant. There are two employees who are absolutely amazing and I cannot give them enough praise. Conner is beyond helpful, kind, and seems genuinely passionate about what he does. The other employee is the very sweet young lady who has helped me out a handful of times. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Here’s why I didn’t give the store 5 stars, and why the last few interactions were less than pleasant. I didn’t catch the young man’s name… he’s the smaller red head with a beard and glasses. On two separate occasions now he has told my husband a higher price for videogame cases/ steel books. But when I go in by myself, this employee has told me the actual price of said items. The couple phone calls I’ve had to the store in the last week or so, when I asked this specific employee if an item was in stock he told me “I don’t think so”. He wasn’t even willing to check. The following phone call with him, I had called to ask if they had a specific console and was hung up on. This young man also mocked me when I complimented the other employee who helped me with my purchase. This is a great store, but that one employee is really making it hard for me to continue coming here. Which is unfortunate because it’s not only the largest in the area, but also the closest retro game store to my house. As a retro collector, and avid gamer, the owner has done such an amazing job building the store up and definitely deserves the positive reputation. I hope to see a positive change with this one particular employees attitude. If not I’ll unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere.”
