“Lots of neat stuff to look at. This was my favorite store when I was a kiddo. I used to hoard Dunny and other blind boxes. I picked up a couple mushroom Keychain ones for my friend and I, we both got the Pholiota. Cute! Look at the big wall of boxes!”

“Wanted to make an exchange and was followed around the store. I would have gladly left my bag and receipt at the front desk if asked if they deemed making an exchange such a suspicious activity. Instead I was made to feel very uncomfortable, and was not given any help or courteous customer service for a product I purchased that was defective. I was basically told oh well. No help whatsoever. Being a gift for someone who really wanted the particular item, I ended up sticking with the product and will fix it myself. I would inspect all products purchased here, because they don’t care about the merchandise they sell. And apparently if you walk in with a bag to make a return or exchange, even if it is the same bag they give you at checkout, you will be followed around and judged.”
