“Love coming to this place to play card games. Decent space, inclusive environment. This is the ideal right here. They manage well with what theyre dealt especially cause its Bandai distribution they gotta deal with for most of what they sell and play. And the occasional Pokemon people. Don't be that guy. Had fun at every event ive been to with no complaints. Well maybe where's the Milkis, they phased out selling Milkis man. At least I think, I am not a regular at locals so maybe they were just all out on the events I did attend. Either way, with the pizza place next door, this is a killer location for a game shop. No notes.”

“Was having a terrible day and stopped in to see if I could pick up some new Pokemon cards. I didn’t realize this was here! I just came by for food. Staff was so lovely and helpful and really turned my day around. Thank you so much Kaden and everyone else there for making me feel better :’)”

“Good people, consistent events, but even though they have a large dedicated base of customers that constantly patronize their store, they always charge FAR above MSRP for new product they grt directly from distributors for well below msrp. Then they sell "unsealed" product where they take the plastic wrap off for like, 20 dollars less as a "favor" to non-scalpers, but the price is still always 50 dollars above MSRP MINIMUM. Really frustrating to be taken for a ride by an LGS who is getting product wholesale from distribution, and a store that you constantly patronize. Kinda sucks, but what can you expect these days, won't be buying product from them anymore, might as well just pay tcgplayer prices, they're more fair half the time.”

“My pre release ticket was sold right in front of me. I respect grace periods 5:30 you needed to be there they offer 15 minutes. I arrived at 6:45 in the store because my Google maps said I arrived at 6:42 and parked. Again I understood the grace period I was cutting it close so I’m waiting in line and as I’m waiting by turn to sign in he sell pre release tickets to two people in front of me. By the time it was my turn it was 6:50 past the grace periods time. So by the time I got in and walked into the store waiting in line my ticket was sold to someone else. The one time I decided to try out a new card shop for an event and this is the impression left. They did offer me a refund that’ll come last this week but it was pretty disappointing. Maybe because I was a new customer but I didn’t appreciate the demeanor and tone of things.”
