“Fantastic Experience at Empire Games! This place is wonderful! The decor is fun and they boast an impressive library of table-top games. A highlight was the incredibly helpful employee (my apologies for not getting your name!) who recommended games for us and then gave us a fantastic walkthrough of "We're Doomed!"—it was such a fun, fast-paced game. Great drinks (coffee and lemonades were perfect) and amazing food—that pumpkin cheesecake was the best! We're already looking forward to our next trip to Albuquerque so we can visit again!”

“AMAZING PLACE! Highly suggest going here for parties, hanging out with friends, or just to enjoy family time and take a break from a long road trip. They have over 1000 different board games to play, and you only have to pay a small fee ($7 if I remember?) for drinks and snacks during your playing. They also have a cafe with treats. This shop is incredibly unique and fun. I wish I could have stayed longer!”

“Love this place to pieces! They run great events (tournament series, specific game nights etc) with regularity, but regular play is great too. A lot of similar places will nail you on really expensive mediocre food, and the food/cakes/drinks here consistently deliver, cheaply. It's also THE spot in the neighborhood if you want an espresso drink late, and their drinks are creative, delicious, and relatively inexpensive”

“This was such a fun experience! There are so many games to choose from, and the staff were really helpful in suggesting and explaining the different options available. The food and drinks were delicious as well; I got the reuben sandwich and a tea latte, and they both hit the spot! It is worth noting that they have free parking behind their building - I didn't know that at first lol. Overall, this was a fun time and I will definitely be back!”
