“The Geek Shack is the only place in Southern New Mexico where TCGs (Trading Card Games) and tabletop games are the main event. This place is always bustling with events and activities. On my last visit, they were hosting a Magic the Gathering tournament. They have an extensive collection of Pokémon cards at very competitive prices!!!! If you have questions or need advice, every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely loves their job. If you are just starting, or a seasoned veteran or looking to sell your cards, this is the only location in the Las Cruces and surrounding area. Check out their Facebook and social media pages for times of the next event. They have plenty of tables for very large groups.”

“Great Store! Called the day after Christmas to see if they were open (some places aren’t). Immediately was greeted on the phone in a positive manner and the one speaking answered questions in an approachable way. The store extends through 2-3 suites. A shop area and a play area. The play area was filled with life and the shop area was bustling with customers. Both employees at the time managed the customers well and were positive with them. I was asked many times if I needed help and was directed to a laptop to check out prices while browsing (VERY AWESOME IDEA). Prices are fair considering market and I have no issues paying more with the service they provided. I was also informed you can place online pickup orders which is great if you aren’t local. If you’re in El Paso, make the drive! The service alone is way better than anything local (Local toEl Paso) If your in cruces, lucky you. Go check them out. TY game shack.”
