“I’ve had great experiences at Duke City Games in both Santa Fe and Rio Rancho. The stores are well organized, and the staff at those locations have always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve been treated with kindness and respect, which keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, my visit to the Central location yesterday was a completely different experience. The customer service there was very disappointing. When I asked about prices, the employee told me I had to check the website instead of helping me in-store. After I decided to purchase a single card and asked for assistance, I was told I had to buy it online first, which felt frustrating and inconvenient. I understand everyone can have an off day, but the overall interaction left a bad impression. Based on my experiences, I would definitely recommend the Rio Rancho or Santa Fe locations, as I’ve never had any issues there.”

“I gonna start this out by saying ive never been to a pokemon event and I really enjoyed myself tonight! I entered with big brother told me about this place and the tournament was awesome. I didnt win but the people I played were nice. I will definitely be making my way back here. The woman was nice to us and helped me with some energys because the ones I had weren't enough. Can't wait to catch em all hopefully wins next time lol 😆”

“This is one of the best places to be if you like any trading card game. Everyone here is super chill and it’s a super safe place. One time I accidentally left my Pokémon coin here overnight and the next day I came back and it was still there. They have singles on display and you can sell cards that are on their buylist on their website. (They only really buy/sell Pokémon and one piece cards) They have One Piece tcg, Pokémon, lorcana, yugioh, magic the gathering, cookie run kingdom, and more. They also hold a lot of casual tournaments and prerelease events. 10/10 place, I wouldn’t have my locals any other way.”
